1. Service and operator
PhotoBooth is operated by Public Filca Inc.. It transforms a photo using your prompt and provides a PNG download. It is online software, not a physical product or professional editing service.
2. Products, prices and billing
Product quantities, prices, currency, applicable taxes and billing frequency are disclosed on Pricing and repeated at checkout. Purchases are not open yet. When one-time purchases open, they do not create a subscription or renew automatically. No payment is taken without a purchase action.
3. Delivery and requirements
Delivery is digital through a web browser. Processing usually takes 1–3 minutes but may take longer. You need a current browser and internet access. Upload one JPG, PNG or WEBP of up to 20MB and 40 megapixels. Download the result before leaving; we do not provide a permanent image gallery.
4. Your content and permitted use
Upload only images you own or are authorized to use, and obtain any necessary permission from people depicted. You retain your rights in your uploads and allow us and our processors to handle them to provide the transformation. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe rights, impersonate people deceptively, create non-consensual intimate images, abuse the service or bypass its limits.
5. AI output
AI results are variable and may contain errors or unwanted changes. Review the output before using or publishing it. We do not promise an exact likeness, a particular aesthetic result, exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer remedies.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Read the Refund Policy before purchasing. Purchase and refund records may be retained as required by law. Where digital service delivery affects cancellation rights, the applicable conditions must be explained before payment.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains photo processing, providers and retention. Do not upload sensitive material you are not authorized to share.
8. Availability and changes
We may restrict misuse, suspend the service for maintenance or change features. We will publish material changes to these terms here with an updated effective date. Changes do not remove rights already attached to a purchase.
9. Liability and disputes
Liability is subject to applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Contact 3kbrotherteam@gmail.com first so we can investigate problems with the service or a purchase.
