2. Photos and prompts
When you choose Transform, your photo and prompt are sent to our server and then to OpenAI to produce the edited image. Our application processes photos in memory and does not save uploads, prompts or generated images to server disk or an online gallery. The browser holds your preview and result while the page is open; download the result if you want to keep it.
3. Providers and international processing
OpenAI processes your photo, prompt and output to provide image editing. This involves transfer to an overseas provider and may involve processing outside your country. OpenAI states that API content is not used for model training by default, and that abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, with exceptions described in its policy. Read OpenAI data controls for its current terms. You can avoid this transfer by not starting a transformation.
4. Technical data and website fonts
Our server uses your IP address to apply request limits. Hosting infrastructure may record IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, browser information and error status for security and operation. We do not log image or prompt content. Google Fonts supplies the body typeface and may receive your IP address and browser request headers when its styles and font files load. The Mulmaru font is served by PhotoBooth itself.
5. Purchases and payment information
Purchases are not open yet and the checkout view does not collect a phone number or create a paid order. When purchases open, the checkout notice will identify the payment data collected and its purpose. PayApp (UDID Inc.) is the intended hosted payment provider; card details are entered on its payment page rather than PhotoBooth. We will update this policy before enabling additional collection or storage.
6. Support and retention
If you email us, we receive the information you send and use it to answer your request. Keep sensitive information out of support messages. Information is retained only as needed for the stated purpose or a legal obligation. Where applicable, Korean law requires contract, withdrawal, payment and supply records to be kept for five years, and consumer complaint or dispute records for three years. These retention duties do not mean that uploaded photos are kept.
7. Cookies and tracking
The current website does not use advertising analytics or tracking cookies and does not require an account for photo editing. Your chosen local photo is not uploaded merely by selecting it; processing starts when you choose Transform. Payment-provider pages may use their own cookies and are governed by their own policies.
8. Protection and your choices
We use HTTPS, keep service credentials on the server and limit access to infrastructure. You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information by emailing 3kbrotherteam@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain records that law requires us to keep. You can stop image processing by not submitting photos and close the page to release browser previews.
9. Changes
We publish updates on this page and change the effective date. If paid accounts, credit storage or payment collection are introduced, their data handling will be disclosed before they open.
